AC Motorsport was founded in 2024 as a specialized division dedicated to track cars and special projects.
It is the result of a journey that began in 1993 with AutoCalzavara, founded by Francesco Calzavara after his experience at Michelotto, where he contributed to the F40 Competizione project.
Today, AutoCalzavara brings over thirty years of experience across Sales, Service & Maintenance, Warranty Services, Technical Inspections, Tyres and Body Shop: a solid foundation from which the evolution toward more ambitious challenges was born.

A special evening
“”Some evenings come about almost by chance yet leave a lasting impression. What started as a simple dinner among friends turned into a long conversation, filled with memories, anecdotes, and forgotten moments.
For some time, I had been thinking about writing this book, but without the guys, their stories, and their testimonies, none of it would have been possible. Giuliano shared the idea and helped shape it, turning a personal project into something real. That is how F40 Competizione – The American Adventure of the Ferrari F40 was born: to capture emotions and tell an extraordinary adventure.
It is not just a story about engines and racing, but about human relationships, team spirit, and passion. A story that deserved to be told—with the added joy that all proceeds from the book will go to charitable causes.

Where it all began

For ten years I lived in that world, and every day was a challenge, a chapter that shaped my life and that I will carry in my heart forever.
